Straightforward or just blunt? Liberal or creative? Sandwiches or milk and cheese? Are you interested in what makes the Dutch culture so typical…Dutch? Then this is your chance to learn more about the Dutch culture, art and business. On the 13th of March, the Dutch Society Cambridge will organize a symposium for everyone who is interested in the Dutch culture.
The speakers will be Dr. Nick Darton, who grew up in the Netherlands and has subsequent experience in Dutch industrial collaborations; Colleen Geske, who lives in Amsterdam and is the author of the book “Stuff Dutch People Like”; Dr Meredith Hale, who is a Speelman Fellow in Netherlandish and Flemish Art; and Dr Jenny Rohn, an academic scientist and fiction writer who used to live and work in Amsterdam.
